This role involves
- interacting with clients, understanding their requirements, resolving queries, and helping them make informed investment decisions
- through our platform.
- Key Responsibilities
Handle and resolve
- client queries
- efficiently via calls, emails, or chats
Understand
- customer investment needs
- and recommend suitable products
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client experience
Build and maintain
- positive relationships
- with clients
Assist the sales and operations team in daily activities
Contribute to achieving monthly growth and conversion targets
- What We’re Looking For
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Keen interest in
- Finance, Fintech, and Investments
- Problem-solving attitude with a
- customer-first mindset
- Basic knowledge of Bonds, FDs, or investment products (preferred but not mandatory)
- Self-motivated, eager to learn, and ready to take ownership

- Mode : Onsite (Work from Office)
- Working Days : Monday to Friday
- Stipend : ₹10,000 – ₹12,000 / month
