Better Marketing is seeking a talented Video Content Producer to create engaging short-form videos for our social media channels.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a content strategy that showcases the expertise of US-based service businesses in generating leads and building authority online.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of creating high-engagement short-form videos on Instagram or YouTube, with strong storytelling, editing, and visual design skills. They will also be AI-native, able to ideate, script, edit, and optimize content using AI tools for speed and quality.

Responsibilities :

• Produce 3–5 short-form videos per week for Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts optimized for engagement and lead generation.
• Develop a content strategy that showcases the expertise of US-based service businesses in generating leads and building authority online.
• Script, record, edit, caption, and publish videos.
• Repurpose top-performing videos for other channels (Twitter, newsletter snippets).
• Track video performance and iterate for higher reach and engagement.

Requirements :
