The organisation aims to create a platform for the general well-being of youth in India and stands for a new structure of commercial practice that is harmonious and indigenous.

Role Description:

This is a remote internship role for a National Strategy and Planning Intern at Youth India Foundation. The intern will be responsible for boosting content reach, tracking performance, supporting content creation, and reporting to the strategy head.

Tenure: 3 months (Remote)

Working Hours: Flexible

Stipend: Unpaid

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Develop strategies to enhance content visibility across Social Media.
• Monitor and analyze the performance of YIF social media pages for

improvement.

• Occasionally contribute to content creation initiatives.
• Devise plans to optimize user engagement and interaction.
• Provide regular updates and reports to the Head of National Marketing

Strategy Planning.

Qualifications:

• Communication and Customer Service skills

• Market Research and Marketing Strategy skills

• Strong Interpersonal and Organisational skills

• Ability to work independently and remotely

• Interest in social entrepreneurship and youth development

• Pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
