Strategic Planning & Visioning :
- Develop and drive the long-term strategic roadmap for the Airport vertical aligned with the Groups overall vision and valuation goals.
- Lead annual operating planning (AOP) and strategic reviews in collaboration with business and corporate finance teams.
- Translate strategic goals into actionable business plans and measurable outcomes.
Portfolio Management & Diversification :
Evaluate the existing business portfolio, identifying opportunities for restructuring, optimization, and diversification.Drive strategic initiatives to improve asset utilization, operational efficiency, and valuecreation.
Support the movement of assets between portfolios and recommend business rationalization measures.Mergers, Acquisitions & New Business Initiatives :
Identify and assess inorganic growth opportunities, including acquisitions, strategic partnerships, and joint ventures.Lead post-merger integration and value realization programs.Explore adjacent opportunities and new business models within and beyond the Airport sector (e.g., financial services, technology integration).Financial & Valuation Strategy :
Partner with finance teams on fundraising, debt structuring, and capital allocation strategies.Build business cases for major investments and strategic projects.Monitor business valuation drivers and define actions to enhance enterprise value.Collaboration & Leadership :
Work closely with the Chairmans Office, Business Heads, and Corporate teams to provide strategic insights and updates.Manage cross-functional collaboration across strategy, finance, operations, and risk teams.Mentor and develop team members within the Airport CoE, ensuring alignment with Groups strategic priorities.Risk & Governance :
Integrate enterprise risk management perspectives into strategic decision-making.Ensure governance, compliance, and transparency in strategic initiatives.
