Role Description

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support senior management in international sales operations. The role involves coordinating with global teams, managing communications with overseas clients and partners, and ensuring smooth execution of business and administrative tasks related to our Korea–India operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive administrative and operational support in international sales and business coordination.
• Manage global meeting schedules, appointments, and cross-border travel arrangements for executives.
• Coordinate communications between India, Korea, and international clients / distributors.
• Prepare and maintain reports, presentations, and performance summaries for management review.
• Handle confidential business documents, contracts, and correspondence with discretion.
• Track international business projects, follow up on key deliverables, and assist in timeline management.
• Draft and manage professional emails, proposals, and business documents in coordination with foreign partners.
• Liaise with vendors, logistics partners, and clients to ensure smooth execution of export / import and supply chain processes.
• Maintain organized records of international inquiries, quotations, and client databases.
• Support management in day-to-day sales administration and coordination with overseas offices.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or related field.

Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English (knowledge of Korean is a plus).

Strong command of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Prior experience in executive support, export sales, or international coordination preferred.

Ability to handle multiple priorities with a proactive and professional approach.
