About the Role

Are you a senior Oracle EPM Functional Consultant with deep expertise in PBCS and Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)?

We're looking for a strategic professional who can lead finance transformation initiatives, advise senior stakeholders, and drive business performance through EPM-enabled insights.

This role goes beyond configuration — it's about partnering with business and finance leaders to shape planning, budgeting, and forecasting strategies that deliver tangible outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Oracle EPM (PBCS / EPBCS) implementations and transformation programs end-to-end.
• Partner with CFOs, Finance Directors, and Planning Heads to design and optimize FP&A and performance management frameworks.
• Drive financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and scenario modeling excellence.
• Translate complex business needs into high-impact EPM solutions aligned with corporate goals.
• Provide leadership during UAT, go-live, and change management phases.
• Ensure governance, compliance, and alignment with accounting and regulatory standards.

Flexibility to align with US business hours for 2–3 hours daily, especially for stakeholder reviews and milestone meetings.
