As a Supplier Chain Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our supply chain meets the high standards required for aerospace applications. Your responsibilities will include :

Identify, evaluate, and onboard new suppliers, ensuring they meet our quality and compliance standards.

    • Negotiate and formalize supplier agreements, including Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs), to protect company interests.

  • . :

    • Assess supplier capabilities, certifications (e.g., ISO 9001, AS9100), and performance to ensure alignment with aerospace industry standards.

    • Ensure suppliers match regulatory requirements and provide materials that meet space-grade specifications.

  • . :

    • Regularly review supplier performance metrics, addressing any issues related to quality, delivery, or compliance.

    • Work closely with engineering, quality assurance, and procurement teams to align supplier capabilities with project needs.

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in supplier management, procurement, or a related role, preferably in the aerospace or defense industry.
  • Familiarity with quality management systems and standards such as ISO 9001 and AS9100.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyse supplier data and make informed decisions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with ERP systems
  • Knowledge of space-grade materials and components.
  • Experience with supplier audits and performance improvement initiatives.
  • Understanding of regulatory requirements in the aerospace industry.
