ML Ops Engineer

The primary tool stack we are looking for is GitHub CI / CD and GitHub actions, AWS Sage maker, CloudFormation, AWS IAM.

Experience in building infra on AWS from scratch.

High level Knowledge on how ML models work, model monitoring, model management

"Job Duties :

Automate the ML lifecycle : Design and implement automated pipelines for training, testing, and deploying machine learning models.

Containerize and orchestrate : Use tools like Docker and Kubernetes to package and deploy models for scalability and efficiency.

Develop CI / CD pipelines : Build and maintain continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines specifically for machine learning workflows.

Monitor model performance : Continuously monitor model performance, data drift, and other metrics in production to detect anomalies.

Manage model versioning : Implement version control for models, code, and data to track changes and ensure reproducibility.

Troubleshoot issues : Debug and resolve issues with model performance, deployment, or system infrastructure.

Minimum Skills Required :

5+ years of experience as MLOps engineer

Programming and scripting : Python is essential, along with SQL and potentially others like Java

Machine learning : A strong understanding of ML algorithms, data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation is required.

Familiarity with frameworks like TensorFlow and PyTorch is also beneficial.

DevOps and CI / CD : Experience with Continuous Integration / Continuous Delivery (CI / CD) pipelines is crucial for automating the ML workflow.

Containerization and orchestration : Proficiency with Docker and Kubernetes is standard for packaging and deploying models.

Cloud platforms : Experience with AWS for deployment and management.

Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) : Knowledge of tools like Terraform or CloudFormation might be often required."
