👩💻 What You’ll Do
As a QC analyst, you’ll be :
- Working closely with prompt engineers to relay findings
- Listening to and analyzing customer calls handled by our AI voice agents.
- Identifying issues such as incorrect responses, flow breaks, or technical glitches.
- Debugging call transcripts and flagging root causes for errors.
- Documenting patterns and working with the product / prompting team to improve accuracy and conversion.
- Ensuring that calls meet quality, compliance, and customer experience standards..
✅ What We’re Looking For
Pursuing bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, English, Journalism, or a related field.Strong proficiency in English + HindiExcellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Strong communication and collaboration skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.🌟 Why Arrowhead
