Job Description

The ADS Claim Process Associate III is a beginner to intermediate level resource tasked with creating new loss reports, indexing documents, auditing, and investigating and settling non-complex claims. Additionally, this individual will handle customer / shop inquiries regarding process, policies, next steps, and payment

Key Responsibilities

• Contacts customers, shops, agreement holders, inspectors, vendors and others to secure necessary files information as needed and directed;

confirms facts and determine additional needed follow-upt

evaluates benefits, addresses rental bills, towing bills, paid bills, receipts, etc
