Job descriptionFormulate and execute strategic procurement plans ensuring timely and cost-effective supply. Manage and develop vendor relationships , identifying new suppliers to enhance sourcing flexibility. Lead negotiations and contract finalisation , covering delivery, warranties, and compliance. Collaborate with engineering, design, and project teams to align procurement with technical specifications and timelines. Ensure procurement compliance with internal policies, statutory laws , and Railway guidelines , with regular MIS reporting .

About the Role
Eldyne Electro Systems Pvt. Ltd., a trusted name in Railway Signalling & Telecom for over 37 years, is looking for a skilled Procurement Manager (S&T Division) to lead strategic sourcing, vendor management, and material planning for railway projects.
We’re Looking For :
- Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Electrical / Electronics Engineering with 8–10+ years of experience in procurement, preferably in Railway S&T projects .
- Strong expertise in SAP procurement systems and project-based material planning .
- Deep knowledge of S&T vendors, OEMs, and suppliers (relays, axle counters, cables, point machines, telecom, etc.).
- Proven skills in vendor negotiations, contracts, and cost optimisation .
- Strong interpersonal, analytical , and compliance-oriented approach.
