Job Overview : We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Software Sales Executive to promote and sell our ERP solutions to businesses. The role involves identifying new prospects, understanding client requirements, and driving the complete sales cycle — from lead generation to closure.
Key Responsibilities : Identify and generate new business opportunities for ERP software through market research, networking, and cold outreach.
Meet with potential clients to understand their business processes and recommend suitable ERP solutions.
Deliver product presentations and demos, highlighting key features and benefits.
Manage the complete sales cycle — from prospecting and negotiation to deal closure.
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and referrals.
Collaborate with the technical and implementation teams for smooth onboarding of clients.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Prepare sales reports and maintain CRM data accurately.
Required Skills and Qualifications : 2–4 years of experience in software or ERP solution sales (B2B preferred).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in Kannada, English, and Hindi .
Strong understanding of business processes and technology-driven solutions.
Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
Self-motivated, persuasive, and result-oriented.
Proficiency in using CRM tools and MS Office suite.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration (BBA / MBA).
