What we’re looking for
- 1–3 years of experience in global business development, SDR / BDR , or demand generation (ABM or SaaS experience strongly preferred).
- Excellent communication skills — able to tell a compelling story and tailor messaging for senior executives.
- Hands-on experience with sales engagement and CRM tools (HubSpot, Apollo, Outreach, or similar).
- Familiarity with ABM platforms (6sense, Demandbase, RollWorks, etc.) is a plus.
- A curious, research-driven mindset and persistence in building relationships.
- A collaborative team player who thrives at the intersection of Sales and Marketing.
What You’ll Do
Target & Research : Identify, segment, and prioritize high-value accounts based on SpotDraft’s ICP. Deep dive into accounts and personas to craft personalized engagement.Engage Strategically : Run multi-touch, multi-channel outreach (email, LinkedIn, calls, events) to decision-makers within target accounts.ABM Campaigns : Collaborate with Marketing to design and execute account-based marketing plays that resonate with enterprise prospects.Pipeline Creation : Generate and qualify opportunities that feed into Sales, ensuring a strong pipeline of enterprise and mid-market accounts.Cross-Team Collaboration : Partner with Account Executives to align on account strategies and hand off high-quality opportunities.Measure & Improve : Track account engagement, analyze what works, and share insights to continuously refine campaigns.Why SpotDraft?
