Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly organized proactive and detailoriented Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our executive team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and advanced proficiency in Excel ensuring seamless daytoday operations effective time management and efficient communication.

Key Responsibilities :

Manage executive calendars appointments and meetings ensuring efficient time management.

Draft proofread and edit correspondence emails and documents with high attention to detail.

Handle phone calls emails and other communication channels responding or directing queries as needed.

Organize and maintain files documents and records for easy access and retrieval.

Prepare and analyze reports using advanced Excel functions (e.g. pivot tables VLOOKUP macros) to provide insights and support decisionmaking.

Coordinate travel arrangements including booking flights hotels and transportation.

Assist in the preparation of presentations reports and other business materials.

Liaise with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth workflow.

Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

Perform other administrative tasks as required to support executives and teams.

Qualifications :

Bachelors degree or equivalent experience.

Proven experience as a Personal Assistant Executive Assistant or similar role.

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables formulas data analysis).

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Ability to work independently and handle confidential information with professionalism.

High attention to detail and problemsolving skills.

Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities.
