Semifive India Design centre, headquartered in Bangalore, is our rapidly growing capability centre that plays a pivotal role in delivering complex SoC programs for global customers. The India team is at the forefront of RTL design, verification, and IP creation, working closely with worldwide teams to bring turnkey silicon solutions to production.

Key Responsibilities

As a SoC Program Manager, you will be responsible for driving the end-to-end execution of complex SoC development programs — from specification and architecture through design, implementation, manufacturing, validation, and production.

You will lead a cross-functional, multi-site engineering team (logic design, verification, physical design, DFT, package, test, validation, qualification) and coordinate with customers, foundries, EDA vendors, and IP providers to ensure successful and timely silicon delivery under a turnkey engagement model.

Program Planning & Governance

• Define, own, and maintain the overall SoC program plan, including schedule, milestones, deliverables, resources, dependencies, and risk management.
• Establish clear program governance, progress tracking, and review mechanisms with internal teams and customers.
• Drive alignment between customer specifications and internal execution plans across all SoC development functions.
