Key Responsibilities :

• Manage and enhance customer relationships throughout the pre-sales and post-sales lifecycle.
• Handle customer queries, documentation, and communication to ensure timely resolution and satisfaction.
• Coordinate with the sales, marketing, and project teams to deliver seamless client experiences.
• Maintain and update the CRM database with accurate customer details and interactions.
• Analyze customer data to identify trends, feedback, and opportunities for improvement.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve client retention and loyalty.
• Prepare regular MIS reports, follow-up schedules, and client communication logs.
• Organize customer engagement initiatives, site visits, and feedback sessions.
