Senior UI / UX Designer – Figma Expert (Remote)

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior UI / UX Designer – Figma Expert with 6–9 years of hands-on experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in designing for both web and mobile platforms , along with proficiency in industry-standard tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects .

Roles & Responsibilities :

Deeply understand user problems, needs, and goals to create intuitive and engaging design solutions.

Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Engineers to assess feasibility, prioritize features, and deliver user-centric designs.

Design and deliver consistent, scalable, and visually appealing UI solutions across web and mobile platforms.

Translate product requirements into user flows, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes.

Lead usability testing sessions and incorporate user feedback to refine design outcomes.

Partner with development and QA teams to ensure design consistency, functionality, and high usability across products.

Champion user-centered design principles and continuously advocate for the best user experience throughout the product lifecycle.

Skills Required :

6–9 years of core UI / UX design experience in digital product design or a similar role..

Strong proficiency with Figma (must-have), and working knowledge of tools like Adobe XD, Sketch, Photoshop , etc.

Proven experience designing for both web and mobile platforms..

Solid understanding of user research, usability testing , and the ability to derive actionable insights..

Familiarity with HTML / CSS and front-end principles.

Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a fast-paced, agile environment.
