Manager - Vigilance (Investigation)

Role Responsibilities :

Lead and oversee investigations into fraud and financial irregularities.

Ensure compliance with RBI regulations and fraud reporting guidelines.

Develop and implement vigilance policies and fraud detection frameworks.

Prepare and maintain investigation reports, fraud reports, and dashboards.

Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Operations, Underwriting, Collections) for effective fraud prevention.

Job Requirements :

5–10 years of experience in fraud investigation, risk management, and compliance.

In-depth knowledge of RBI regulations and fraud detection protocols.

Proven experience in forensic investigations and preparing regulatory reports.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage teams and enhance processes.
