Retail POS Specialist

Description :

We are seeking a skilled Retail POS Specialist to manage the implementation, configuration, maintenance, and support of Point of Sale (POS) systems across retail locations.

The role requires hands-on expertise in POS software / hardware, strong troubleshooting skills, and the ability to coordinate between business users, vendors, and IT teams to ensure seamless retail operations.

Key Responsibilities :

• Implement, configure, and maintain POS systems across multiple retail outlets.
• Collaborate with business teams, vendors, and IT departments to gather requirements and deploy POS solutions.
• Integrate POS systems with ERP, CRM, payment gateways, and inventory management platforms.
• Perform system testing, upgrades, and rollout activities for new POS features or releases.
• Troubleshoot POS software, hardware, and network issues in real-time to minimize downtime.
• Manage POS-related incidents and service requests through ticketing systems.
• Conduct user training sessions and prepare SOPs or technical documentation for store staff.
• Monitor system performance and ensure data accuracy and synchronization between central

servers and store terminals.
