About the Role :

Were seeking a Techie with strong hands-on experience in Node.js and modern backend architectures. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in building scalable, high- performance systems, integrating message queues, and managing databases SQL and NOSQL.

You should be able optimize performance, and lead backend development while mentoring others. You should be comfortable working independently as well as mentoring a team.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design and development and deployment of scalable applications.
• Integrate and manage message queue systems like RabbitMQ, Kafka, or AWS SQS.
• Design and optimize database schemas for MySQL and MongoDB.
• Ensure backend reliability, performance, and security at scale.
• Collaborate with frontend and DevOps teams for seamless integration.
• Implement logging, monitoring, and alerting for production systems.
• Review code, guide developers, and enforce engineering best practices.
• Troubleshoot complex production issues and perform root cause analysis.
