We are looking for a talented Videographer and Video Editors to join our growing and ambitious team. The editor is expected to assemble recorded footage into long-form educational and informational content that matches our company’s vision. Ultimately, as a Video Editor, you should be able to bring sight and sound together in order to tell a cohesive story.

Key Responsibilities
- Conceptualize, script, shoot, and edit both short-form and long-form video content — including reels, interviews, artist stories, product features, and campaign visuals.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, design, content, operations) to plan and execute video projects with clear goals and timelines.
- Handle end-to-end video production — from ideation and pre-production to filming, editing and post.
- Deliver high-quality, engaging, and well-paced video assets, with attention to storytelling, framing, sound design, transitions, and visual aesthetics. The same for photography assets when required.
- Work on tight deadlines and adapt quickly to changing content needs.
- Maintain a well-organized video library and ensure timely sharing and delivery of project files.
- Travel regularly for shoots — within Delhi NCR and across other regions in India where our artisan partners are located.
Requirements
2–3 years of experience in videography and video editing.Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, and basic After Effects (motion graphics a plus).Own professional gear, including : DSLR / Mirrorless camera, Basic lenses (wide, prime / portrait), Tripod / stabilizer. Lavalier or shotgun mic with good audio captureAbility to ideate and co-develop scripts and treatments for each project.Strong storytelling instincts and an eye for beauty in everyday moments.Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively in a remote team setup.Excellent time management and communication skills.Based in or able to travel frequently to New Delhi.Bonus Points
Prior experience shooting or editing content for lifestyle, heritage, or handmade brands.Passion for Indian art, craft, or culture.
