Role Overview

Spencer’s Retail, part of the RP-Sanjiv Goenka (RPSG) Group, is a leading multi-format Indian retailer with presence across categories including fashion, home, electronics, and groceries. We are looking for a Fashion Merchandiser to join our team at the corporate office in Kolkata. As a Fashion Merchandiser, you will play a key role in planning, assortment management, inventory control, and category growth. The role demands strong analytical skills, hands-on experience in MIS reporting, and the ability to ensure smooth coordination across regions.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and manage fashion merchandise (SOR orders, POs, OTB, DOH calculation, reporting).
• Raise and manage manual purchase orders (POs).
• Maintain and update master data; drive assortment planning.
• Ensure hygiene and follow-up across all regions.
• Manage inventory including DAD / NRGP tracking.
• Drive category business growth to achieve sales & margin targets.
• Coordinate promotions and discounts.
• Generate and manage MIS reports with actionable insights.
