Role Overview :
We are looking for a high-performing Sales Head to lead SEPL’s business growth across India. The role demands a mix of strategy, leadership, and execution excellence — building and managing a strong team, ensuring consistent order inflow, and driving sustainable profitability.
Key Responsibilities :
- Achieve annual and monthly revenue targets across all verticals (Electrical, Fire, HVAC, Solar).
- Build and manage a PAN India sales team, ensuring performance through Zoho CRM.
- Develop new business with consultants, architects, builders, and corporate clients.
- Identify and participate in tenders, negotiate profitable contracts, and ensure closure.
- Coordinate with marketing for campaigns, exhibitions, and lead generation activities.
- Maintain 25%+ gross profit margin and ensure 95% collection within credit period.
- Conduct weekly funnel reviews and submit sales forecasts to management.
- Build strong client relationships ensuring 30% business from repeat customers.

14+ years of experience in MEPF / EPC / Fire / Electrical contracting .Proven track record of achieving ₹50–100 Cr annual targets.Strong network with consultants, architects, and government agencies.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Hands-on experience with Zoho CRM and project-based B2B sales.Qualification : B.E / B.Tech (Electrical or Mechanical) ; MBA preferred.What We Offer :
