Job Description :
Varni Tourism is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, converting inquiries into bookings, and promoting domestic and international travel packages.
Key Responsibilities :
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through calls, emails, and field visits
- Understand customer needs and offer tailored travel solutions
- Promote tourism packages (domestic & international)
- Handle customer inquiries, prepare itineraries, and close bookings
- Maintain long-term customer relationships
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to company growth
- Collaborate with marketing and operations team to enhance customer experience
Requirements :
Graduate in any discipline (Tourism or Marketing preferred)1–3 years of experience in travel / tourism sales or a related fieldStrong communication and negotiation skillsExcellent customer service skillsKnowledge of travel destinations, visa processes, and travel platformsProficient in MS Office and CRM softwareAbility to work independently and as part of a teamBenefits :
