Job description🏠 Remote-first flexibility 🚀 Ground-floor startup experience ( product is live ) 🛠️ Real ownership, your code impacts real users daily 🤝 Work directly with the founding team 💵 Competitive pay 💼 0-2 YOE ☀️ At least ONE paid internship with backend work 🌐 2+ full-stack projects you built end-to-end ( GitHub + live links ) 💻 Comfortable writing REST APIs and working with databases ⚡ Available to join within 2 weeks 🎓 B-Tech [Engineering background only] Your full-stack projects are primarily UI + basic auth (without real backend, APIs, schemas, logic) Your backend work is mostly : file uploads, AI API wrappers or utility builds Your focus is data science / ML (predictive algorithms, model training, etc.) You prefer deep specialization over end-to-end ownership You're new to backend or primarily frontend-focused Writes clean, maintainable, and efficient code Strong communication skills Delivers reliable work and follows through on commitments Ability to work without a lot of supervision Curiosity to learn and comfort with picking up new tools fast “Get it done” attitude — you’re excited to move fast, experiment, and fix things along the way You’ll actually build : No busywork. We’re a fast-moving travel-tech startup founded by IIT Bombay alumni that is redefining how travelers discover and book authentic local travel experiences.

🎯 Role Description
We’re looking for a Full-Stack SDE to join us for a full-time role to help us grow and scale our product. You’ll work directly with the founders to design, build, and scale real systems from scratch. You’ll get to work in a high-trust, high-speed environment, where the focus is simple : build, ship, learn, and repeat.

- Currently : Node.js, TypeScript, Next.js
- Databases : PostgreSQL + MongoDB
- Open to candidates with Java / Python backend experience - we value strong fundamentals over specific frameworks
