Close new clients for locker services and investment products including FDs, NCDs, and MFs.
Support Branch Heads (BH) in building and nurturing relationships with HNI clients by understanding their financial needs and delivering customized solutions.
Collaborate with Customer Service teams to identify and convert cross-selling opportunities during client interactions.
Promote fixed deposits (FDs) and non-convertible debentures (NCDs) to both individual and corporate clients.
Meet and exceed sales targets for locker occupancy, FD / NCD mobilization, MF sales, and HNI acquisitions.
Work closely with marketing and operations teams to organize client engagement campaigns, seminars, and other outreach activities.
Track and report on lead conversions, target achievements, and provide regular feedback on client needs and market trends.
Ensure adherence to RBI / SEBI regulations and NBFC compliance requirements in all sales and client management activities.

Educational Qualifications :
Graduate or Postgraduate degree in Finance, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
3-5 years exp in business development, preferably in NBFCs, banks, or financial services focusing on HNI clients.
