About the Role :

We are looking for an experienced DevOps Implementation Lead to spearhead the design, implementation, and optimization of DevOps practices across the organization. The ideal candidate will combine technical expertise, leadership skills, and hands-on experience to streamline software delivery, automate workflows, and ensure high system reliability.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead the implementation and management of DevOps practices , CI / CD pipelines, and automation tools across development and operations teams.
• Design, deploy, and maintain scalable cloud infrastructure on platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP .
• Collaborate with development, QA, and operations teams to ensure smooth application deployment and continuous integration.
• Implement and manage infrastructure-as-code (IaC) solutions using tools like Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation.
• Drive monitoring, logging, and alerting strategies for system performance, availability, and security.
• Ensure adherence to DevOps best practices , security standards, and compliance requirements.
• Mentor and guide junior DevOps engineers, fostering a culture of automation and continuous improvement.
• Evaluate and recommend new DevOps tools and technologies to enhance operational efficiency.
• Troubleshoot complex system issues and implement solutions to minimize downtime.
