SAP Procurement Lead Consultant

Responsibilities

1 Lead end-to-end SAP MM , FieldGlass and Ariba implementations and upgrades.

2 Configure and troubleshoot procurement processes in SAP S4 / HANA, FieldGlass and Ariba

3 Collaborate with procurement, finance, and IT teams to resolve issues and implement improvements

4 Support procurement process automation and Functional enhancements

5 Document configurations, issue resolutions, and process workflows

6 Configure Fieldglass modules : Contingent Workforce, Services Procurement, SOW Management.

7 Develop workflows, approval processes, and templates for job postings and work orders.

8 Assist in impact assessment, testing and deploying SAP MM, FieldGlass and Ariba upgrades and patches

9 Implement enhancements in Ariba modules : Sourcing, Procurement, Contracts, Supplier Management. Design workflows for Purchase Requisition, Purchase Order, and Invoice Processing.

10 Manage interfaces for supplier data, purchase orders, and invoices.

11 Ensure accurate data mapping and reconciliation between systems.

12 Train end-users and provide ongoing support and knowledge sharing

13 Ensure adherence to tax regulations, import / export compliance, and company policies.

14 Work closely with end Business users to understand requirements and deliver solutions relevant for their needs

15 Participate in SAP upgrades, patches, and system enhancements

16 Continuously keep up to date with new SAP technology offering in Procurement space and conduct PoCs and Demonstrate use cases to deliver value
