Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Surat for a Customer Service Representative. The Customer Service Representative will handle daily customer interactions, address inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include providing exceptional customer support, maintaining a positive customer experience, and ensuring customer needs are met promptly and efficiently.

Qualifications

• Customer Service, Customer Support, and Customer Satisfaction skills
• Experience in enhancing Customer Experience
• Excellent communication skills and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in using customer service software and tools
• Previous experience in customer service roles is preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications are a plus
