About the Role :

Key Responsibilities :

Placement & Servicing :

Manage quotes and placements for new business and renewals

Oversee post-placement servicing including :

Policy drafting and issuance

Endorsements

Claims coordination

Client query resolution

Prepare and scrutinize placement slips and policy documents

Ensure adherence to turnaround time (TAT) and service quality standards

Client & Sales Collaboration :

Analyze client requirements in coordination with the sales team

Present analysis findings and gap assessments to clients

Document client feedback and ensure follow-through

Insurer Engagement & Negotiation :

Liaise with insurance companies for quotes

Prepare Quotes Comparison Reports

Negotiate terms and pricing with insurers

Maintain strong insurer relationships and market intelligence

Reporting & Compliance :

Enter RFQs and proposal details into internal databases

Generate and maintain business reports and dashboards

Share status updates with the Head of Placement
