Job Description : Senior Associate Credit

Location : Remote – India

Working Hours : Eastern Standard Time (US)

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Senior Associate Credit to join our team and strengthen our credit and deal execution capabilities. The successful candidate will have 7-8 years of relevant credit experience and will work closely with the US lending team to support underwriting, credit analysis, and transaction execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft clear, accurate, and comprehensive credit memos for transactions.
• Prepare, review, and analyze loan term sheets.
• Conduct financial and credit analysis to support underwriting decisions.
• Assist in identifying and assessing risks, and provide recommendations to mitigate them.
• Collaborate with the US lending team to ensure timely and efficient deal execution.
• Maintain high attention to detail while working across multiple transactions simultaneously.

Qualifications & Skills ( Masters in Finance)
