Job description

The facilities team is essential for creating a productive and efficient work environment. They manage physical workspace handle office logistics and support day-to-day operations. By maintaining an optimal work environment the facility team enables employees to focus on their core tasks and contribute effectively to the organizations success.

As a an Office Manager at 2-3 sentences here describing the core responsibilities and expectations of the role

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage office facilities to ensure a productive and safe working environment.
  • Coordinate purchasing activities including sourcing and negotiating with suppliers and maintain supplier relationships to ensure the best service and pricing.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling and supporting the planning and execution of office events and meetings.
  • Manage the office reception including receiving visitors maintaining contact with the building reception handling correspondence and other related tasks.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Assist Finance Human Resources and People Experience teams with administrative and operational support as needed.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • More than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Proficient in English (B2 level).
  • Strong experience in purchasing and supplier management.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook).
