Java Technical Lead

Position : Java Technical Lead Experience : 7 to 9 years

Overview :

Seeking an experienced Java Tech Lead skilled in Java (8+), Spring Boot, Microservices, and REST APIs , with hands-on development expertise and strong design knowledge. Experience with Azure Cloud and CI / CD is a plus.

Key Responsibilities :

Design, develop, and maintain scalable Java applications using Spring Boot and Microservices.

Write clean, testable code and perform unit testing with JUnit.

Develop and integrate RESTful APIs.

Prepare technical design documents and architecture diagrams.

Manage source control with Git / GitLab and ensure code quality through reviews.

Collaborate in Agile teams for timely delivery.

Handle incident management, RCA, and provide technical / team support.

Engage in client communication and requirement discussions.

Must-Have Skills :

Strong experience in Core Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, REST APIs .

Solid understanding of Design Patterns and JUnit testing .

Experience with Git / GitLab and PostgreSQL (or similar DBs) .

Ability to create technical designs and flow diagrams.
