Sales Executive

Location : Salem (with regular client travel)

Experience : 3+ years in Healthcare Sales / Hospital Solutions

Compensation : Competitive Salary + Performance-Based Incentives + ESOPs

Role Overview

As a Sales Executive, you’ll be responsible for driving ZautoAI’s B2B sales across hospitals, clinics, and healthcare networks.

You’ll play a key role in presenting our AI solutions, onboarding clients, and building long-term relationships with healthcare decision-makers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and onboard new hospitals, clinics, and healthcare partners.
  • Conduct product demos and presentations to doctors and hospital administrators.
  • Develop regional sales pipelines and meet revenue targets.
  • Coordinate with marketing & tech teams for proposal customization and solution implementation.
  • Manage client relationships to ensure high satisfaction and retention.
  • Travel across assigned territories for client meetings, events, and product showcases.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in healthcare sales (preferably EMR, HIS, medical devices, or digital health solutions).
  • Strong understanding of hospital operations, medical software workflows, or clinical systems.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Comfortable with client travel and on-field meetings.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and passionate about technology in healthcare.
