Hiring : Electronics Assembly & Soldering Technician

Bangalore | Full-time | On-site
Vacancies : 4
Experience : 1–3 years
Education : Diploma / ITI in Electronics or related fields
Salary : Industry Competitive + Based on Experience

We’re looking for hands-on electronics enthusiasts who can build hardware with soldering tiny components, and assembling real products.

Role Responsibilities

Perform manual soldering & rework on :

SMD components (down to 0603 packages & fine-pitch ICs )

Through-hole components

Assemble and debug prototype PCB boards as per schematic & BOM.

Inspect and test assembled boards for quality and reliability.

Rework / repair circuits and improve assembly quality when needed.

Maintain tools, ESD-safe workspace, assembly logs, and best soldering practices.

Ideal Candidate

Diploma / ITI in Electronics, Electrical, or related fields.

1–3 years of hands-on experience in electronics assembly or PCB rework.

Strong SMD & through-hole soldering skills (including 0603 & fine-pitch ICs).

Experience with hot-air rework, microscopes, and solder rework tools.

Ability to understand BOMs;

basic schematic readingis a plus.

Passion for hardware tinkering, repair, and prototyping.
