We’re looking for a creative powerhouse who can bring stories to life through fluid animations and human-centric movement design. If you’ve got a strong background in long-form, 2D animated video production and a portfolio that reflects smooth transitions, lip sync precision, and intuitive hand-eye coordination—you might be exactly who we’re looking for.

About the Role

Join ViSolutionz, a global custom e-learning content agency, and contribute to highly engaging, story-led motion graphics for top-tier clients. You’ll be crafting visuals that educate, engage, and leave a lasting impact.

This role demands expertise in long-duration e-learning videos and 2D animations with believable human motion, lip-syncing, and gesture-driven storytelling.

Note : Only candidates with proven experience in full-length video and animated e-learning modules will be considered.

Experience & Expertise

  • 3–5 years of professional experience in Motion Graphics and 2D Animation.
  • Strong portfolio featuring long-form animations, ideally in corporate training or e-learning.
  • Demonstrated mastery in :
  • Lip syncing with voice-overs
  • Human figure animation
  • Hand-eye coordination & gesture realism
  • Skilled in animating character dialogues and simulating realistic movements.

Technical Skills

  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud, especially :
  • After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop
  • Familiarity with Vyond, Moho, or Character Animator is a plus.
  • Strong sense of timing, motion curves, and visual storytelling.
  • Ability to follow and enhance brand and design guidelines.

    • What You’ll Do

  • Create fluid, realistic human animations for training and learning content.
  • Work closely with scriptwriters and instructional designers to interpret scripts visually.
  • Design and animate scenes with a focus on natural gestures and expressions.
  • Deliver on tight timelines without compromising on quality.
  • Ensure seamless integration of voice-over, lip-sync, and background scores.
