Position Summary & Scope -
The Head of Talent Acquisition will lead end-to-end hiring strategy, ensuring alignment with Orkla India's growth and capability goals. This role will drive employer branding, build strong talent pipelines, and optimize hiring processes across functions. Scope includes pan-India leadership hiring, campus programs, and strategic workforce planning in collaboration with business and HR stakeholders.
Areas of Responsibility -
- Lead the design and execution of a robust recruitment strategy to ensure the right talent is hired for the right roles across all business units.
- Build and institutionalize process excellence across hiring through structured frameworks, SOPs, and strategic relaunch of different trainee programmes
- Drive leadership and critical role hiring by establishing protocols, market mapping, and embedding post-joining performance metrics.
- Spearhead the “Home to Grow” (HTG) framework, re-launch initiatives, and define EVP success metrics to strengthen employer branding.
- Oversee talent acquisition budgets and cost efficiency by driving optimization, tracking ROI, and ensuring strategic investment in TA and EVP initiatives.
- Act as the custodian for Campus Connect – building long-term partnerships with key institutions, ensuring quality pipeline creation, and delivering best-in-class early careers experience.
- Collaborate with HR and business leaders to ensure alignment of workforce planning with Orkla India’s long-term strategic objectives
