Financial Communications Specialist

This is a detail-oriented position that involves managing communications, driving fundraising efforts, and ensuring timely reporting through structured monthly updates.

Key responsibilities :

• Lead all aspects of communication, including pitch decks, updates, press releases, and fundraising materials.
• Act as primary point of contact for current and prospective investors – managing inquiries and building relationships.
• Collaborate with finance and leadership teams to prepare monthly reports, including key business metrics and financial performance.
• Support fundraising processes – identifying potential investors, coordinating due diligence, and managing ongoing conversations.
• Organize investor meetings, roadshows, and regular check-ins.
• Develop financial models and data rooms to support fundraising and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and internal governance standards.
• Communicate effectively during challenging situations to reinforce trust and transparency.
• Monitor industry trends and feedback to improve messaging and strategy.
