About the Role
We are seeking a highly experienced State Head to lead our solar panel sales and business development operations in Madhya Pradesh or Chhattisgarh . This is a core channel sales leadership role , focused on driving business growth through distribution network expansion and achieving high-volume sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve state-level sales targets.
- Create and expand new distribution channels to strengthen market presence.
- Drive business development initiatives and identify new opportunities for growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, dealers, and key stakeholders.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the state sales team to ensure high performance and goal achievement.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and provide actionable insights to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Experience : Minimum 10+ years in solar panel sales and business development , with strong exposure to channel sales.Proven ability to deliver high business volumes and meet aggressive targets.Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.Education : Graduation is mandatory;MBA preferred.
