Data Integration Developer (Level 2)

Blutic is looking for a Data Integration Developer (Level 2) with 4+ yrs experience in developing and maintaining ETL processes, reports, and database solutions using SSIS, SSRS, and SQL Server . This role requires solid technical skills to implement solutions, optimize code, and collaborate effectively in an Agile / Kanban environment under the guidance of senior team members.

This is a 100% long term remote opportunity. The candidate should be willing to work in 9 hrs shift anywhere between 11am-11pm IST with an overlap of 3-4 hrs on Pacific time zone.

Core Skills Required :

4+ years hands-on experience with SSIS and SSRS

Strong proficiency in SQL Server (T-SQL, query optimization)

Basic understanding of C# / .NET (nice to have)

Key Responsibilities

1. Development & Implementation

Develop and maintain SSIS packages for data integration and transformation

Create and modify SSRS reports with basic to intermediate complexity

Write and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and functions

Perform data validation and troubleshoot ETL process issues

2. Team Collaboration

Work closely with Level 3 developer(s) and Offshore Lead to implement solutions

Participate in code reviews and apply best practices

Document technical specifications and maintain Confluence / Jira updates

Attend daily stand-ups and other Agile ceremonies

3. Quality Assurance

Conduct unit testing and support integration testing efforts

Identify and fix defects in developed solutions

Assist in performance tuning of database objects and ETL processes

Required Skills & Qualifications

Technical Skills

Tools :

Experience with Azure DevOps or similar ALM tools

Familiarity with Jira / Confluence for documentation

Soft Skills

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Ability to work in a team environment with onshore / offshore members

Good communication skills (written and verbal)

Education & Experience

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field

Relevant Microsoft certifications preferred

Experience in financial / healthcare domains a plus
