Assist on regional recruitment including job postings, interview arrangements and job offers to candidates.
Assist with onboarding, performance evaluation, promotions, employee relations, and offboarding, across multiple countries.
Handle day-to-day HR operations and administration, including but not limited to payroll, leave, employees’ insurance and staff welfare and benefits for all regional offices.
Administer staff benefits and claims following Company policies.
Hands-on with payroll systems Software and ensure payrolls of all local employees are finalized timely and accurately.
Maintain proper filing of employees’ documents and mobile devices / equipment issued by the Company.
Handles Staff Medical Insurance and Corporate Insurance coverages to ensure meeting Corporate requirements and local legislation.
Assist on ISO Audit coordination
Handle all the IT-related issues in the organization.
Other HR / Administration duties.
Qualifications :
Min 3 years’ experience
Degree in Human Resource Management Sciences, Administration or a related field.
Good English communication skills, both verbal and written.
Experienced working for a multinational company
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and database software.
