Job Description for the AM / Service Manager
Location-Bangalore & Chennai

Salary package : up to 10 lacs (depends on experience)
Job Role :
Coordination with Sales, Customer & internal Departments for the site related activities.
Quick response and acknowledgement to any service call received from client / customer to achieve customer Satisfaction.
Customer Handling / Spares Coordination / site working spaces & Quality of Assembly work.
Service team management to upgrade the department’s efficiency and achieve customer satisfaction
Maintain FOC material data, expedition of process through required approvals from concerning Authority
Maintain the daily deputation tracker report and follow up with Project team for execution the assigned task.
Monitor daily call (Assembly / Customer Complaint) status and update closure reports
Managing Service-Related Activities in Bangalore and Chennai for Customer Satisfaction
Supervising, motivating, and guiding service staff / technicians
Basic understanding of product / service technical aspects (HVAC Products Knowledge).
Ensuring compliance with company policies, safety standards, and service protocols
Working knowledge of service CRM / ERP software
Experience & Qualification :
Proven experience of more than 6 to 8 years (HVAC / Engineering or any manufacturing unit will be preferred).
B. Tech / B.E in Elect. / Mech. / Electronics Proficiency in MS office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Good Communication Skills (Written & Verbal) are mandatory
