Position : Oracle APEX Tech Lead (with Oracle Forms & Reports + Jasper Reports) HRMS & Payroll Domain

Work Mode : - Normal Shift ( 10 AM To 7 PM)

Role- FTE (Full Time Employment)
Location : Hyderabad ( should be willing to travel to Mauritius and stay there for some period when needed )
Profile Summary :
- A result-oriented Oracle APEX Developer with 5+ years of hands-on experience in building and maintaining Oracle APEX applications (versions 20.x 23.x), particularly for HRMS, Payroll, Passage Benefits, and Loan Management systems. This resource must have working level understanding of Oracle Forms & Reports (11g / 12c), specifically to extract business logic, validations, and PL / SQL code, and reimplement them effectively in APEX components (Dynamic Actions, Processes, Validations).
- Should be capable of analyzing Oracle Reports logic and converting them into Jasper Reports integrated into APEX using print-friendly templates.
Key Responsibilities :
Analyze legacy Oracle Forms to extract validations, triggers, and code logic for replication in APEX.Convert existing Oracle Reports into Jasper Reports with seamless Oracle APEX integration.Implement business logic in APEX dynamic actions, processes, and validations based on requirements.Ensure new APEX pages mirror existing business workflows in HRMS, Payroll, Loans, and Benefits modules.Maintain and enhance RESTful APIs using ORDS, enabling smooth integration with third-party systems.Key Skills :
Oracle APEX : Dynamic Actions, Collections, Interactive Grids / Charts, APEX Validations, Page Processes.PL / SQL : Packages, Procedures, Triggers, Query Optimization.ORDS : RESTful services creation, OAuth2, JSON / XML integration.Oracle Forms & Reports : Reading / modifying Forms 11g / 12c to understand embedded business logic.Jasper Reports : Template-based design using SQL / PLSQL queries, integration with APEX.Domain Knowledge : HRMS, Payroll, Interfacing with Oracle EBS R12.2, Loans, Passage Benefits process flow & compliance knowledge.(ref : hirist.tech)
