Head of Social Media Marketing

Objective of the role :

A Social Media Director is a senior-level marketing professional who develops and executes a company's overarching social media strategy to increase brand visibility, drive engagement, and generate conversions.

Location : Mira- Bhayandar

Only Local candidates are preferred.

Role & Responsibilities :

• Create comprehensive social media strategies aligned with business objectives, target audience needs, and brand identity.
• Oversee the development and scheduling of content, including images, videos, and written posts, across various social platforms.
• Build brand recognition, identify target audiences, and foster community engagement by responding to comments and messages.
• Design and implement marketing campaigns for product launches, events, and other initiatives to drive traffic and conversions.
• Monitor and analyze social media metrics, using data insights to optimize strategies and improve performance.
• Stay informed about the latest social media trends, tools, and platform changes to maintain a competitive edge.
• Work closely with marketing, sales, customer service, and PR teams to ensure social media efforts align with overall business goals.
• Create, curate and manage social media content, including text, audio, visual and multimedia formats.
• Monitor social media trends, including developments in design, applications, strategy and innovation to stay relevant and effective.
• Hire and supervise talented creatives, including Freelance Writers and Graphic Designers, and coordinate their activities to achieve social media campaign objectives.
• Track social media campaigns’ key performance metrics to maximize results and report progress to management.
