What You’ll Do
We are looking for a
meticulous, detail-driven, and motivated Quality Assurance Executive
to join our growing QA team. If you have a sharp eye for detail, a passion for high-quality software, and 0–2 years of hands-on QA experience, this role offers the perfect environment to learn, grow, and make an impact early in your career.
1. Test Planning & Execution
Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test cases and scenarios based on PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Conduct manual testing for new features, enhancements, and bug fixes to validate functionality, performance, and overall user experience.
Continuously update and refine test cases as product requirements evolve.
Execute various testing types including :
Regression Testing
Acceptance Testing
Exploratory Testing
Smoke Testing
API Testing
Work closely with developers, product managers, and Tech Support teams to prioritize test coverage, estimate testing effort, and support release planning.
2. Defect Management & Reporting
Identify, log, and track defects using tools such as Jira, TestRail, or GitHub, ensuring precise documentation and follow-through.
Maintain accurate and organized QA documentation including test cases, execution reports, defect logs, and release validation reports.
Prepare clear and concise QA summaries highlighting coverage, findings, risks, and quality metrics.
Contribute to the knowledge base by documenting recurring issues, best practices, and troubleshooting insights.
3. Product Knowledge & User Perspective
Build a deep understanding of the product, its workflows, and business goals to ensure realistic, user-centric testing.
Approach each test cycle with an end-user mindset, ensuring usability, functionality, and performance meet customer expectations.
Participate in cross-functional discussions and provide QA insights to enhance the overall product quality and customer satisfaction.
What You’ll Need
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
Strong understanding of QA concepts, methodologies, and the defect life cycle.
Hands-on experience with tools such as Jira, TestRail, Zephyr, GitHub, or equivalent.
Proficiency in API testing using Postman or Swagger (response codes, payload verification, authentication).
Experience testing across Android / iOS devices, browsers, and OS versions.
Familiarity with testing platforms such as BrowserStack, Firebase Test Lab, or Xcode simulators.
Basic understanding of Apple App Store and Google Play release guidelines.
Knowledge of crash monitoring tools like Sentry for debugging and root cause analysis.
Basic SQL knowledge for data verification and database integrity checks.
Familiarity with automation tools (Selenium, Appium, Cypress) is a plus.
Exposure to CI / CD tools such as Jenkins for build validation and automation workflows.
