About the Role
We're seeking an accomplished Head of Sales to lead our textbook and educational materials division. This strategic leadership role will drive revenue growth by expanding our footprint in schools across the region while building lasting partnerships with schools and school leaders.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute comprehensive B2B sales strategies targeting schools
Drive revenue growth through new school acquisition and expansion
Build and maintain direct relationships with individual school leaders, principals and vice principals
Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to contract negotiation with school administrators and decision-makers
Required Qualifications
8+ years of B2B sales experience, with at least 5 years specifically in educational publishing or K-12 textbook sales
Proven experience working for major textbook publication companies and driving sales initiatives
Demonstrated success establishing direct, lasting relationships with school leaders and principals.
Proven track record of successfully onboarding 50+ schools
Strong existing network of relationships with school administrators is a plus
