What You’ll Be Doing (aka Your Day-to-Day

  • Do some real talk market research to figure out what people want, need, and didn’t know they needed
  • Slide into those search engines, LinkedIn, and socials to find potential clients (aka leads)
  • Plan & launch email marketing campaigns that don’t feel spammy
  • Spot your target (aka future clients) and connect with them using smart sales strategies
  • Build genuine relationships, not just pipelines. Know their pain points, and show them how we solve 'em

What We’re Looking For

  • Degree in Business, Marketing, or something similar
  • You’ve dabbled in lead gen B2B, B2C, whatever works or you’re hyped to jump in, learn fast, and make moves.
  • Communication skills that actually connect
  • You're independent, but you love bouncing ideas with your team too.
  • Comfortable using CRMs and sales tools or ready to learn them fast
