Role Overview

Location : Chennai (Hybrid – minimum 3 days / week)

We are looking for hands-on Product Managers with 5–7 years of experience who can turn real business problems into intuitive, scalable digital products. You’ll define the why and what, but also roll up your sleeves to shape the how — working closely with design, engineering, and delivery teams to bring ideas to life.If you’re someone who loves exploring the “why behind the feature,” playing with new AI tools to optimize decisions, and seeing your product make real business impact — you’ll fit right in.

Key Responsibilities

Translate business goals into clear, actionable product roadmaps and user stories.
Deep dive into user problems and partner with tech + design teams to build elegant, outcome-driven solutions.
Work hands-on with engineers to validate ideas, prioritize features, and ensure quality releases.
Use AI tools to improve decision-making — from backlog prioritization to sprint planning and analytics.
Define success metrics, track adoption, and continuously iterate for impact.
Collaborate with global clients to understand evolving needs and adapt solutions accordingly.
Lead agile ceremonies, foster collaboration, and remove blockers across teams.

Must Have Skills & Experience

5–7 years of product management or delivery ownership experience in digital / IT services.

Strong grasp of tech-driven problem solving — experience across web, mobile, CRM, ERP, or AI-based products.

Hands-on understanding of modern tech stacks (React, Node, Python, .NET Core, etc.) and API ecosystems.

Proven comfort with AI and automation tools (ChatGPT, Copilot, Notion AI, ClickUp AI, etc.) to enhance productivity and insights.

Excellent communication skills — ability to connect technical depth with business clarity.

Prior experience in small to mid-sized tech firms (not large MNCs).

Passion for building — not just managing — products.

Nice To Have

Certifications like Agile Product Owner, Scrum Master, or PMP.

Prior exposure to UX, product analytics, or business strategy.
