About the Role
We are looking for a proactive Talent Acquisition Associate to manage end-to-end recruitment for IT. You will partner with hiring managers, source top talent, and ensure a seamless recruitment experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for IT (Tech, Product, Data, etc.) roles.
- Source candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and social media.
- Screen, schedule, and coordinate interviews with stakeholders.
- Track recruitment metrics (TAT, offer-to-join ratio, etc.).
- Support employer branding and campus hiring initiatives.
