Position : Senior Associate – School Integration Program

Location : Remote

Experience : 2–4 years (B2B & EdTech mandatory)

Job Overview :

  • We are seeking a results-driven Senior Associate.
  • Proven B2B experience in the K–12 segment (mandatory).
  • Strong understanding of competitive exams (JEE / NEET).
  • Track record in the EdTech sector (mandatory).

Key Responsibilities :

  • Generate organic leads through cold-calling.
  • Drive partnerships with schools for integrated programs.
  • Coordinate with school management and internal teams for smooth program execution.
  • Monitor program performance and ensure delivery of agreed outcomes.
  • Build long-term relationships with key stakeholders.

    • Requirements :

  • Mandatory : B2B experience in K–12 segment & EdTech sector.
  • In-depth knowledge of JEE / NEET exam patterns and preparation methods.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
